What's included

- 1 animated skeletal mesh: SKM_Crossbow, with a custom 20-bone skeleton and a Physics Asset

- 1 static mesh version of the crossbow

- 4 bolt types and 10 attachments: 3 optics, laser, torch, laser/torch combo, and 4 grips including a bipod

- 5 in-place animations at 30 fps: Idle, Idle Armed, Arming, Fire, Disarming

- A modular Blueprint for swapping bolts, scopes and accessories

Ready-to-use sockets

The skeleton already includes the sockets, placed and oriented, so modules snap on with no setup:

- Socket_Bolt: on the string nock. It follows the string through the Arming and Fire animations, so the loaded bolt stays in place.

- Socket_Scope: on the top rail, for the scope, reflex sight and iron sight.

- Socket_Rail: on the bottom rail, for grips, the bipod, the laser and the torch.

Every attachment's pivot is set to its mounting point. Attach it to the matching socket and it sits in the correct position.

Materials and textures

- PBR Metal/Roughness: 4K for the crossbow, 2K for the bolts and attachments

- BaseColor, packed ORM, DirectX normal, and emissive for the laser and torch

- One master material with an instance per texture set, plus a switchable emissive (color and intensity)

Technical

- Real-world scale in centimeters, built and tested in Unreal Engine 5.0.3

- Vertex colors are used only as material ID masks
