There are bunch of Files present inside this Zip file.

1. First under Metahuman_Packages, you will get moderate polycount mhpkg file which is optimal for AA games and can be used instead if you don't want to use main metahuman package file (It is less heavy file integrated with subsequent Metahuman LOD) has half the polycounts i.e. 7k tris for LOD0 and 3.5k tris for LOD1, 1.3k tris for LOD2 and 450 tris for LOD3.

2. Source Meshes folder has 2 fbx files containing 4 meshes each LOD0 to 3 and also has Blender file which includes Unreal Rig/Armature and Shirt is skinned properly with the unreal armature.

3. Tailoring Project has zip file which has Marvelous Designer project file.

4. Textures_And_Sources folder has Substance 3D painter file and Raw_Textures folder, inside that textures are present which are already packed inside metahuman file. YOu don't need to add these files again in Unreal.

It also has Extra_Textures folder which has base_color of 4 different colors Cyan, Mustard, Olive-Green and Pink in subsequent folders which you can use for material in unreal if you don't want to customize colors. Just replace those png images and add that as base_color.
