This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired residential houses/suburban environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals.
Additional Information:
Example map comes with 9 houses that have full interiors and several background houses with no interiors. Both as Blueprints and as Level Instances (in UE 5.7+)

Example map lighting is static that is fully baked
The pack comes with furniture for all rooms and a full modular kitchen
Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls and ceilings
