Version 2.0 update.

This release expands the Roo Gameplay Framework workflow with unified framework data, improved Stats Designer workspaces, and stronger formula reliability.

Formulas are now precompiled and cached when the Roo Gameplay Framework Component initializes. Stats that reference other Stats or Attributes are automatically recalculated when their dependencies change, and OnStatChanged is broadcast for all affected values.

This update also includes real-time formula validation, Gameplay Tag reference validation, safer invalid-formula handling, and improved Gameplay Tag deletion and asset cleanup in Stats Designer.

Formula, Progression Table, and Status Effect content can now be organized through the Stats Designer workflow and stored in framework data assets for easier project-wide management.

Validated for Unreal Engine 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, and 5.8 using Unreal Engine's official BuildPlugin process.
