Thomas Flynn is a UK based consultant to the heritage sector offering services and advice related to 3D digitisation, online publishing, open access, storytelling, and interoperability. In this capacity he's worked with UNESCO, Europeana, Oxford University, Creative Commons, and many more organisations.
