11 Blueprint-exposed functions and events across the settings base class and the utility library.
BlueprintProjectSettingsRuntime is a Runtime module containing the settings base class, discovery, config redirection, cook rules, project settings and the Blueprint function library.
BlueprintProjectSettingsEditor is an Editor module containing the settings page registration, the Content Browser factory and Blueprint recompile handling.
Network replicated: No. Settings are local configuration, not replicated state.
Values are read and written by the engine's own config system, so its ini layering applies unchanged, per-platform ini files included.
Storage decides which copy of the chosen ini a save writes. For the Game file: Config/DefaultGame.ini (checked in), Config/UserGame.ini (one developer), the user settings directory (one developer, every project) or the copy under Saved/Config (this installation). A packaged game cannot write the project's Config directory; a save there is refused, and the log says why.
Editor Preferences pages, DefaultEditor.ini and the per-user editor ini exist only in the editor.
Reset to Defaults restores the defaults authored in Class Defaults, not the last values saved.
Full C++ source included.
