Requirements

Unreal Engine 5.8 or later.
Your own character mesh and your own animations. No mesh and no animations are included — the plugin drives your assets through a Data Asset you fill in.
A humanoid skeleton. Bones are detected automatically, so most rigs work as-is.
These engine plugins, all shipped with Unreal and enabled automatically: Enhanced Input, Animation Locomotion Library, Animation Warping, Motion Warping, Niagara, Editor Scripting Utilities.

Good to know

Multiplayer-ready. Locomotion replicates automatically for other players — gait, jumps, traversal, weapon equip and aim. No extra setup required.
Everything is authored in one Data Asset, in a dedicated editor panel. No Animation Blueprint wiring is required: the whole animation graph is a single node.
Blueprint-ready. C++ source is included, but you never need to write C++ to use it.
The character setup tool builds a ready-to-play character from your mesh in a few clicks.
