Download the .mhpkg from this FAB listing
Create a folder called "Outfits" in your content folder. (All>Content>Outfits, or /All/Game/Outfits)
Create a folder in "Outfits" called "Medieval Tunic"
Drag OA_Medieval_Tunic.mhpkg into your new "Medieval Tunic" folder. It should unpack here.
Drag WI_Medieval_Tunic.mhpkg into the Outfit Clothing section in MHC and double-click to apply it.
