Built and tested in Unity 2022.3 LTS on the Universal Render Pipeline (Forward+), Linear colour space. The URP asset the demo was tuned with ships under Rendering/.

Sizes follow a 2 m grid with a 3 m wall module. The largest piece is 2 x 3 x 2 m, the smallest 0.60 x 0.45 x 0.12 m.

Two UV channels per mesh. UV0 is a tiling layout and repeats across faces; UV1 is a unique lightmap unwrap on every mesh, so the scene bakes with no extra work.

Textures: three 4096 maps for the wall panel, three 2048 for the seam sheet, ten 1024 for trim, rubber and floor tread, three 512 masks, and a 4096 x 2048 HDRI sky. The Unreal format carries the 8K source of that HDRI; the Unity package ships a 4K copy to keep the download reasonable.

Materials are URP/Lit, metallic workflow. Metallic sits in the R channel and smoothness in the alpha of each MetalSmooth map.

Lighting and reflection probes are baked and ship with the scene. One Mixed light per room supplies realtime highlights and shadows; every other lamp is Baked.

Collision is convex mesh colliders built from hand-authored hulls, one to four per prefab, never the render mesh.

The demo scene is walkable: WASD and Q/E to fly, mouse to look, Shift to sprint. The controller uses the legacy Input Manager.

Scenes are not added to Build Settings on import. Open them from Scenes/.
