Important!

UNIBLOCKS FREE works only with Lumen lighting (no lightmap UVs on its meshes), so in "Project Settings" > "Rendering" both parameters "Dynamic Global Illumination Method" & "Reflection" should be set to "Lumen" and all Lumen requirements should be met.
UNIBLOCKS FREE works only with Nanite (no LODs on meshes), so in "Project Settings" > "Rendering" parameter "Nanite" should be enabled and all Nanite requirements should be met.
[ONLY FOR UNREAL ENGINE v5.8+] There is a need to change one parameter in Editor Settings to build with UNIBLOCKS (tutorial link).
