Picasso Rayne Studios is a small studio and publisher focused on helping indie creators and small teams deliver professional-quality games and publishing systems. We create original titles while also building the production infrastructure teams need: developer-first web and mobile apps, automated CI/CD and build pipelines, asset and release management, QA/playtest workflows, telemetry, and community engagement tools.
Our approach is pragmatic and repeatable — modular code and content pipelines, telemetry-driven iteration, and accessible playtest programs — so teams can iterate faster, ship with higher polish, and sustain growth without large engineering overhead.
