see (occluded or collision-less actors fall back to close-range

snapping). Rotated multi-selections scale via world-aligned bounds

(approximate; single rotated actors are exact). Ortho viewports work

but feel imprecise on rotated meshes. No numeric size entry — the

Details panel covers exact values.
