Hello! My name is Geo, I am a musician from Ashland, Oregon in the USA. I am a trombone player, bassist and vocalist. i love composition and I enjoy expressing myself through improvisation. I have a BM in music performance from southern Oregon University with a focus in the trombone. i study Jazz improvisation independently. My compositions are influenced by many artists. John McLaughlin and the Mahavishnu Orchestra, Frank Zappa, Nicolai Slonimsky, Consider the Source, John Coltrane, Pink Floyd, TOOL, Miles Davis, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard... To name a few. I currently perform regularly as a working theater pit musician at the Oregon Cabaret Theater In Ashland, OR and Camelot theater Company in Talent, OR. My greatest joy is performing with my friends in my project Jackie Tomato. Jackie Tomato is a band comprised of musicians local to the southern Oregon region. For over a year i have been the horn player for RnB, Soul Songwriter Charlee Prayers. I am also blessed to be able to make music with my partner Tatjana Juliette, I perform in her Folk Project as a bass player and trombonist.
