CueSync builds show-control software for live performance — the brain that reads the music and runs the show.
The desktop application joins a Pioneer PRO DJ LINK network as a virtual CDJ, reads the rekordbox phrase map, and works out beat grid, downbeat, key, energy and loudness on your own machine. It drives lighting consoles, media servers, lasers and game engines from the result — live, at the correct musical position. Four timecode sources are decoded at once (CDJ position, MTC, LTC, TCNet) across ten frame rates, drop-frame included.
On Fab we publish the Unreal Engine side of that: tools that let a UE project receive the show and move with it — beat, energy, key and phrase as normalized parameters over OSC, driver components for materials, lights, Niagara and post-process, sequence and camera direction, timecode genlock, and a LAN-local control surface you can open on a tablet. They work standalone, and they work harder when CueSync is driving them.
The Unreal plugins run on your machine and your network: no account, no cloud service, no telemetry. CueSync desktop is a separate, licensed app for macOS on Apple Silicon (macOS 12 or later); its licence check, update check and diagnostics choices are set out in its privacy policy at cuesync.live/legal/privacy.
