The Infernal Creature is a small to medium-sized monster in the service of the forces of Darkness. It has a whistling otherworldly sound in its voice. It dwells in the bowels of hell near caves and ruins, feeding on carrion and remains.

All of its qualities formed the basis of the creature's creation and vocalization design.
