This pack features a fully functioning laser rangefinder with target designator. It comes with 4 animations, 3 static meshes, 3 blueprints, and a demo map to demonstrate implementation into your own project.

The rangefinder features 3 different modes, a laser rangefinder, backlighting for low light environments, zoom-in and out, debug mode, and a fully functioning battery system that drains over time with replaceable batteries.

The modes featured are:

Line of sight (LOS) - provides actual line of sight distance and slope angle to the target.

Horizontal ground distance (HGD) - provides the angle compensated distance to a target (2 dimensional distance).

Digital magnetic compass (DMC) - provides a compass azimuth readout in degrees or mils as well as ordinal and cardinal directions in text format.

The laser designator marks a location with a high intensity laser beam and stores the location information for use in other systems. This could be useful for airstrike systems (not included) or other target acquisition systems.
