The geometry is separated into strictly functional parts for animation integration: the main pole, a crossbuck sign, a boom arm, and individual boom arm lights. The pivot origin on the boom arm is aligned to the hinge axis. The native Blender scene includes pre-placed Point Lights inside the main warning lights (attached to the main pole) and all three boom arm lanterns for immediate rendering.
