A stylized retro surf camper trailer with a complete set of beach-themed props, designed for game environments, cinematics, promotional renders, and stylized scenes.

The pack includes the camper trailer itself along with a collection of themed environment props, including surfboards, an awning, folding furniture, a cooler, a bottle crate, and other beach-related props shown in the preview images.

Important: The sand material shown in the promotional images is not included in the package.

Texture resolutions range from 128 × 128 to 4096 × 4096 px, depending on the size and importance of each asset.

The main trailer uses two 4K texture atlases. For most game environments, both atlases can be safely downscaled to 2K if additional optimization is required, while still maintaining good visual quality.

The cooler and bottle crate textures also have enough resolution headroom to be reduced to 1K if these props are not intended to be viewed in close-up shots.

This makes it easy to adjust the balance between visual quality and texture memory usage depending on the requirements of your project.

All 3D models include 2 UV channels:

• UV Channel 0 — primary texture UVs, including intentional overlapping UVs where appropriate.

• UV Channel 1 — a separate non-overlapping UV layout prepared for lightmaps.
  

The Unreal Engine project includes prepared custom collisions, allowing the assets to be integrated into game environments without the need to create basic collision meshes manually.
