The Dirt Mask is a texture-driven effect that brightens up the Bloom in defined areas of the screen. It can be useful to create a specific look of a camera lens and its imperfections, or something like dirt and dust that has gotten on the lens.
To enable Dirt Mask, navigate to the Lens section of the Post Process Volume and enable the option for Dirt Mask Texture and apply the texture.
File Formats
Dirt Mask textures are also available in JPG format, ensuring seamless integration with any game engine or DCC tool, including: Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Godot, Maya, and 3DS Max.
