Stylized retro water material inspired by Twilight Princess. Uses custom mipmaps to blend based on distance and angle.

The material is unlit, and uses a method for fake refraction by distorting the underlying scene colour. Also included is a Blueprint tool for customization, an underwater post process material and an alternate water material.
