Game-ready stylized goblin rogue with twin daggers: modular outfit, 3 skin colors, 16 in-place animations, UE5 Mannequin bone naming.

Description:

Stylized Modular Goblin Rogue is a game-ready fantasy character armed with twin daggers. The outfit is fully modular: every piece of clothing, every accessory and every body part is a separate skeletal mesh on one shared skeleton. You can dress, undress or rearm the goblin in any combination. The body comes in three skin colors (Green, Blue, Yellow), and 16 hand-made animations cover locomotion, jumping, combat, hit reaction and death.

The Overview map shows every animation, the three skin variants and all modular parts, lit with Lumen.

Features:

  • Complete character mesh (SK_GoblinRogue) plus 23 modular skeletal meshes: full body and separate body parts (head, chest, forearms, hands, fingers, legs, feet), eyes, outfit, accessories and two daggers

  • All meshes share one skeleton (SKEL_GoblinRogue) and one Physics Asset

  • 3 skin colors as material instances of a single subsurface skin material

  • 16 animations at 60 FPS, in place

  • Bone names follow the UE5 Mannequin hierarchy (pelvis, spine_01–05, neck_01–02, twist and metacarpal bones), IK bones included

  • Daggers skinned to their own bones (c_dagger_l / c_dagger_r) under the hands. Hide them for an unarmed goblin or attach your own weapon there.

  • PBR textures 4096×4096 with packed ORM; emissive glowing eyes

  • Overview map: all animations, skin variants and modular parts

Animations (16):
Idle, Idle_LookAround, Combat_Idle, Walk, Walk_Back, Strafe_L, Strafe_R, Run, Jump_Start, Jump_Loop, Jump_End, Attack_1, Attack_2, Attack_3, Hit, Death

Additional bones (beyond the UE5 Mannequin hierarchy):

  • Face: c_ear_01–02_l/r, c_nose_01–02_x, c_hood_tip_01–02_x

The goblin has four fingers per hand (no index finger bones).

Notes:

  • Modular setup: add the part meshes as Skeletal Mesh Components and set the body as their Leader Pose Component. All parts share SKEL_GoblinRogue, so any combination plays the same animations.

  • When the outfit is worn, use the separate body parts instead of Body_Full to avoid clipping. The complete SK_GoblinRogue is already assembled this way.

  • Skin colors: assign MI_GoblinRogue_Body_Green, Blue or Yellow to the Body slot of the body meshes and the eyes.
