This is a high-quality, brutalist government office based on AAA standards, which comes with 3 different lighting scenarios.

Most of the assets are tintable, and architecture pieces have vertex painting setups to get more variation and avoid repetition.

It also comes with 12 uniquely made blueprints, which makes the level art much faster and iterative.
