This is a Real-Size Photobooth 3D Model designed for event needs, rental businesses, and commercial installations. The model is created with realistic dimensions and practical construction in mind.
It features a main camera head unit, display screen housing, a solid support pole, and a functional base box. The structure is suitable for fabrication using metal or multiplex plywood, and the exterior finishing supports HPL laminate or paint coatings.
Included formats: SKP, OBJ, FBX, and STL, making the model ready for 3D visualization, product prototyping, CNC reference, and manufacturing planning.
Manufacturing Instructions (Simple)Main Body & Head Unit
Material options: 1–1.2 mm sheet metal or 12 mm multiplex plywood.
For metal: CNC laser-cut panels, bend where required, weld lightly, then sand.
For wood: Cut with CNC router or manual cutting, assemble using screws + glue.
Camera hole and screen slot should match actual hardware dimensions.
Support Pole
Use steel hollow pipe Ø 2–3 inches or wooden/plywood tube reinforcement.
Attach firmly to the base using bolts or internal plates.
Base Box
Fabricate from sheet metal or multiplex plywood (15–18 mm recommended).
Add an internal weight (steel plate or concrete block) for stability.
Install rubber feet for non-slip use.
Finishing
Apply HPL laminate for a premium look, or smooth sand + apply paint (duco/matte).
Ensure all panels are coated evenly to avoid moisture absorption.
Assembly & Electronics
Assemble outer structure first.
Install LED light, camera module, and display panel after finishing is done.
Route wiring inside the pole for a clean setup.
