Morph target transformation. The transformation is achieved through a smooth transition between 3 morph targets of a head mesh and a gradual replacement of textures.
Asset includes BP_fm_ThirdPersonCharacter. This slightly modified standard thirdperson blueprint contains basic transformation logic. The action of this blueprint is shown at the beginning of the preview video ("F" key - transformation 1, "E" key - transformation 2). You can use this as a starting point for your needs.
If you don't need to use transformations, then use three separate characters without morph targets (in the "...FishmanMutant/Mesh/Simple" folder).
