描述
Digital 3D model of colourful swimming fins. The model has neat topology and can be easily animated if needed. MAX and FBX formats have subdivided and unsubdivided versions, which can be useful if you need to edit the model. Please note that this swimming fin is symmetrical in real life, therefore there is only one flipper provided in the files. If you need it for both, left and right feets, just duplicate the model. The branding is fictional, therefore the model should be safe to be used in commercial projects.
MODEL
Model dimensions (LWH): 23,8 x 55,8 x 10,7 cm (9.4 x 22.0 x 4.2 in).
Objects count - single polygonal object.
Model is subdivision ready.
Model is made mostly of quads and few triangles. No n-gons are present in the model.
Polycount without subdivision:
Polys - 650
Tris - 1 290
Verts - 645
Polycount with level 1 subdivision:
Polys - 20 720
Verts - 10 360
MATERIALS
Materials are prepared for Corona renderer.
Materials are PBR compliant
FBX and GLTF formats should render same, or close to preview images, asuming your 3D software supports PBR standard.
Scanline and OBJ formats has only basic materials and may not render the same as in preview images.
UV COORDINATES
The model is fully unwrapped with no overlapping
UVs are neatly packed into 0-1 UV space
TEXTURES
Format - PNG
Total count - 9
Map types - Base colour (x5), Roughness, Normal (OpenGL, +Y), Metallic, AO
Bit depth - 8 bits
Resolution - 4096 x 4096 px, (solid colour textures are resized to 16 x 16 px to save space).
Textures are collected into one archive and are delivered in a separate file.
SCENE
Model is scaled to accurate real world dimensions.
Objects, materials and textures have meaningful and matching names.
Transformations has been reset and the model is placed at scene origin [0, 0, 0 XYZ].
All texture paths are set to relative.
FILE FORMATS
3ds Max - Corona (native)
3ds Max - Default (Physical material)
FBX
OBJ
GLB - (auto-converted from FBX)
USD - (auto-converted from FBX)
GENERAL
Modeled in 3ds Max 2024 and saved to 3ds Max 2021 version for better compatibility.
Preview images are rendered with Corona renderer.
Images are straight from rendering app. No post processing was applied.
Render scenes are not included.
