UNIBLOCKS FREE is a modular building framework for assembling all kinds of houses and other constructions, block by block right in the Unreal Editor, for games, archviz, rapid prototyping or just for fun. This is a free version of UNIBLOCKS PRO, it has identical set of building pieces as a PRO version, but it's limited to have only 4 prefab/template buildings and a humble material library to cover the basics.

Features and nuances:

• Forum thread with news, screenshots, updates and support

• All blocks and blueprints are unified for 50 units grid alignment

• Only for Nanite + Lumen projects (lightmap UVs & mesh LODs are not supported)

• Small memory cost (~50 megabytes) of modular buildings geometry

• Only rectangular constructions are possible (but with rounded corners and turns!)

• Materials are using triplanar UVs to provide uniform look across stacked blocks with different scaling/orientation
