الوصف

AM02 is a contemporary museum characterized by its natural Mediterranean materials and harmonious integration of light. It is a space where art and architecture meet in homage to Carlo Scarpa.

On a single level, the building features three key materials:

The Venetian red lime walls, with their rich texture and warm color, create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. The semi-circular arches evoke Carlo Scarpa’s delicate work at Castelvecchio in Verona, where past and present blend seamlessly.

The roof, made of glass tubes acting as sunbreakers, allows natural light to gently filter into the space, adding a sculptural and architectural dimension.

The porcelain stoneware floor provides a striking visual contrast to the textured walls.

The entire structure is arranged around an interior courtyard, where a solitary tree invites calm and contemplation.
