The core goal of this project was to develop a highly flexible Master Material capable of reproducing the visual richness of a wide range of natural gemstones and crystals. The material exposes a robust set of parameters for controlling perceived depth, surface imperfections via normal maps, simulated reflections, and secondary micro-details. This approach allows the overall appearance to be driven primarily by textures, making the Master Material efficient, scalable, and easily adaptable to many different gemstone types.
