UPDATE: Textures added in RAR Files.

Pine Tree with 18,000 polygons. Bark and trunk textures are at 4k (Base Colour, Normal GL, Roughness and Displacement Map included). Leaf Textures are at 2k (Base Colour and Opacity Map included. Set roughness at 0.75). Can be subdivided further for more quality and to support displacement map.
