A complete sci-fi facility, not a props pack. One purchase includes Unreal Engine 5 and Unity (URP and HDRP), plus the source FBX.
Sci-Fi Facility Kit 2 is 76 modular meshes that all share one 2 m grid and one 3 m wall module, so anything that stands on a cell edge is a drop-in replacement for anything else that does: plain wall for glazed wall, doorway for window, lattice ceiling for glass roof, and the joint closes every time. The example level is built from nothing else: 1,082 placed pieces across 10 rooms and 8 corridors, with its lighting baked, so it looks like the screenshots the moment it opens.
THE OBSERVATION GALLERY
A 10 x 6 m room that is glass on three sides and overhead, on a mirror floor, projecting out from the facility's edge into open space. The three glazed modules that build it (wall, corner and roof tile) are yours to build your own from. The nebula outside is a full-sphere space sky built from an 8K HDR, included.
DISPLAYS THAT READ AS DISPLAYS
Console readouts come in four colourways (cyan, amber, green and red) on wall consoles, desks and kiosks, so a control room is not the same screen repeated. The hologram globe is a projected lattice with the room visible through it, not a solid.
A TALL HALL
The central hall is two storeys, built by stacking the same wall module, with a mezzanine deck, its rail and a stair flight down. All separate pieces, all reusable.
WHAT YOU GET
• 76 unique meshes, about 116K triangles at LOD0 across the whole kit
• Walls, corners, doorways, windows and floor-to-ceiling glazing; floor and ceiling tiles including grating, vent, lattice and glass roof; pillars, beams, conduits and light fixtures
• Consoles (wall, desk, podium, kiosk), server rack, hologram table and globe, med bed and scanner arch, tables and chairs, lockers, crates, canisters, benches, planters and two plants
• 3 LODs on every mesh
• Convex collision authored per piece, never the render mesh
• Photoreal PBR materials, 1K to 4K textures
• Unique lightmap UVs on every piece, so you can bake immediately
• A complete example level with baked lighting: 10 rooms and 8 corridors
• An overview level with every mesh in the pack laid out on one lit grid
• The same 2 m grid and 3 m wall module as the original Sci-Fi Facility Kit, so pieces from both kits line up
UNREAL ENGINE 5
• Unreal Engine 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 and will be updated to the next engine versions
• Nanite enabled on every opaque mesh; UCX collision
• Materials with surface micro-relief: 27 material instances over 20 masters
• The example level's grading and locked exposure live in a post-process volume inside the map, so it looks the same in your project as in the screenshots
• Everything lives in the Content/SciFiFacilityKit2 folder: nothing outside it is required
UNITY (URP AND HDRP)
• Unity 2022.3 LTS or newer, with Universal RP 14 or High Definition RP 14
• The kit imports as URP; the HDRP version of the whole kit (materials, lighting profile and the baked example scene) ships inside as a separate .unitypackage that you import instead
• Each pipeline is calibrated separately against the same reference, not converted automatically
• 76 prefabs, each with a LODGroup (3 LODs) and convex MeshColliders
• 25 Lit materials plus 3 hologram materials on the kit's own shader
• Example scene with baked lightmaps, reflection probes and a post-processing volume, plus an overview scene and a fly camera
• Everything lives in Assets/SciFiFacilityKit2; on first import the kit offers, once, to apply its recommended project settings, including the pipeline asset it ships
ALSO INCLUDED
• Source meshes as FBX (one file per LOD, plus a multi-LOD file per mesh) with their textures
HONEST NOTES
• In Unreal, the glass meshes are non-Nanite and use their LOD chain with a dithered cross-fade.
• In Unreal, reflections are screen-space in the example level: the mirror floor reflects what is on screen; it is not ray traced. In Unity they come from baked reflection probes.
• The kit is stylistically one thing: a clean, white-panel facility interior with dark satin structure and cyan accent light. It is not a grimy industrial set.
