The set of tropical vegetation used in the Subtropical Mansion product includes 8 trees, 6 palm trees, 4 banana trees, as well as a set of shrubs and small vegetation. There are a total of 71 assets. Each asset has one material, which is built on a Layered system. Each asset is equipped with a PivotPainter2.0 wind and can be flexibly configured. The assets are based on scanned materials and have high detail and realism. They can be easily optimized for specific needs. All assets except grass have custom collisions and also support Nanite technology.
