Well suited for minor characters and for a mobile game, since it has few polygons of only 7645 triangles, one set of good 4k PBR textures can be reduced to 2k without much loss of quality.

There is a rig for epic skeleton with extra bones(eye) and you can safely apply free animations for this character.
