Opis
A half-track motorcycle with a tipper bed and a tracked trailer full of gold pallets. Game-ready with 4 LODs, collision, real engine and track sounds, 11 paint variants and a ready-made overview map.
Some vehicles go fast. This one goes wherever it wants, at its own pace, carrying gold.
The Chopper Kettenrad is a stylised half-track motorcycle. A long chopper fork steers a single front wheel, a track drive at the rear does the pulling, and a small tipper bed sits behind the seat. A matching tracked trailer follows, stacked with pallets of gold bars.
We built it from scratch at real-world scale. The seat is 84 cm off the ground and the handlebars sit at about 1.5 m, so a seated 1.80 m rider fits. It is made for games, not just for one pretty render: every mesh has LODs, collision and material instances, and the sounds are real recordings already placed in an Unreal map. Open the project and it's ready to go.
KEY FEATURES
- Half-track chopper: front fork with wheel, tracked rear drive, tipper bed
- Matching tracked trailer with stacked gold bar pallets
- 7 separate static meshes on one shared origin. Put them all at 0/0/0 for the full rig, or use any part on its own
- 4 LOD levels per mesh (100 / 50 / 25 / 10 %)
- Simple collision on every mesh
- 11 paints: Black plus 10 camo patterns we made ourselves (Flecktarn, Woodland, Desert, Desert Orange, Autumn, Urban, Marine, Sky Blue, Winter Red, Snow Grey)
- Camo is mapped in metres (1 tile = 1 m), so it runs across all parts without visible seams
- Speedometer and rev counter faces as separate textures
- Perforated sheet metal done with an opacity mask, no extra geometry
- Real engine and track sounds, 48 kHz WAV
- Overview map: the assembled rig, every part laid out and labelled, all 11 paints in a row, sound actors ready to play
- 9 gallery images rendered in Unreal

MATERIALS AND TEXTURES
- 3 master materials: M_Master_Opaque, M_Master_Masked, M_Master_Glass
- 32 material instances, including the 11 paints
- Every instance exposes Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Emissive and Normal, so you can recolour without touching a texture
- 15 textures plus 85 PBR maps as PNG (Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normal, Alpha) for use outside Unreal
- 10 camo patterns 1024 × 1024, gold bars 2048 × 2048 (Base Color + Normal), gauge faces 1024 × 1024, perforated sheet mask 256 × 256
- All textures are power-of-two sizes
SOUND
- Engine start (2.6 s)
- Engine idle loop (2.65 s, loops seamlessly)
- Engine full throttle (4.75 s, loops seamlessly)
- Tracks (3.3 s, loops seamlessly)
- All WAV, 48 kHz, 16-bit, mono. In Unreal as Sound Waves, placed as ambient sounds in the overview map
INCLUDED FORMATS
- Unreal Engine 5.8 project (one content folder, ready to migrate)
- Blender .blend (native scene, all 11 paints set up as materials)
- FBX (textures embedded)
- GLB (PBR)
- OBJ + MTL
- USD
- Textures (.png) and audio (.wav) as separate files
The exchange formats come in black, with the camo patterns as separate PNGs. Outside Unreal and Blender you may have to reassign textures, depending on your shader setup.
GEOMETRY (LOD0)
- Vertices: 186,992
- Polygons: 191,344
- Triangles: 315,248 in Blender/FBX, 314,092 in Unreal (Unreal drops 1,156 zero-area triangles on import)
- In Unreal: chopper 208,248 + trailer 105,844 triangles
- LOD1 157,046 · LOD2 78,522 · LOD3 31,407 triangles
- Static polygon meshes. Every exchange format re-imported and checked: 7 objects, same triangle count, no missing images
DIMENSIONS AND SCALE
- Chopper: 360 × 131 × 175 cm (L × W × H, 111 cm across the tracks)
- Full rig with trailer: 670 × 131 cm
- Real-world scale, 1 unit = 1 m (FBX), forward axis +X
- Origin on the ground, centre of the chopper's track drive, shared by all parts
RECOMMENDED USES
- Farming, mining and gold-rush games
- Salvage, survival and sandbox games
- Dieselpunk and post-apocalyptic settings
- Vehicle showcases, cinematics and trailers
- Product renders and portfolio scenes
- Quick prototyping: LODs and collision are already there, so you can drop it into a level and test right away
CLEAN PROJECT
- English asset names with prefixes (SM_, M_, MI_, T_, S_, L_)
- No redirectors and no unused assets
- 0 warnings, 0 errors on import
- Built and tested in Unreal Engine 5.8.3
PLEASE NOTE
- Static meshes only: no rig, no wheel or track animation, no driving Blueprint
- Tested on Linux. Windows import not tested by us yet
- All future updates to this pack are included
