Média 1 pour l'article Corner Building

Description

A five-storey corner building with a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor, for 3ds Max and V-Ray. The upper floors have painted wooden siding, bay windows with wrought-iron balconies, curtains, fabric awnings and carved eave brackets, under a glazed attic floor. The street level has a dark-panelled shopfront with gilded signs, green canvas awnings and a row of national flags. A sidewalk and street corner are included. Use it for city scenes, street backgrounds, archviz context and film or game environments.

What's included

  • 3ds Max 2013 scene (.max) with V-Ray materials, sun and sky, and cameras

  • FBX (2020 format) with standard materials and the texture maps in a maps folder

  • 25 texture maps (JPG), up to 3000×2014

Specs

  • 3ds Max scene: 228 objects, 262,408 polygons (522,699 triangles) / 271,095 vertices

  • Building about 17 m high (5 floors plus the attic); real-world scale, centimeters

  • Renderer: V-Ray 2.30 (opens in newer V-Ray versions)

Notes

  • Requires 3ds Max 2013 or newer. The V-Ray materials need V-Ray; without it, use the FBX.

  • The maps sit next to the .max file and are referenced by file name, so 3ds Max finds them when the scene and the maps stay in the same folder.

  • The FBX comes from the Scanline version of the scene: 613 objects, 301,988 polygons, standard materials, with the street area larger than in the .max.

  • The gallery images are renders of this scene.

  • No interior (the windows have curtains), no LODs, no collision, no rig.
