The main academic building of Pace University, located at 1 Pace Plaza, is a mid-to-high-rise institutional structure situated in Lower Manhattan, New York City.

Designed in a modernist style, the building features a reinforced concrete frame with curtain wall glazing and precast panel cladding.

Originally constructed in the late 1960s and extensively renovated in the 2010s, the facility includes multiple lecture halls, administrative offices, academic departments, and collaborative learning spaces.

The interior layout is modular and flexible, optimized for high-occupancy and educational use. The vertical circulation is supported by multiple elevator cores and fire-rated stairwells.
