The coracoclavicular ligament has a conoid and trapezoid parts, this ligament attaches the coracoid process of the scapula to the inferior surface of the clavicle. The medial part is the conoid part and the lateral part is the trapezoid part. Both of them are inserted onto the conoid tubercle and the trapezoid ridge of the clavicle respectively.
