ESP Ruinas del castillo de Mucientes, Valladolid (Castilla y León, España). Se trata de una fortaleza construída entre los siglos XIV y XV. En1506 alojó a la reina Juana y su marido Felipe el Hermoso. Tras la guerra de las Comunidades (1520-1521) cayó en desuso y fue usado por los vecinos como cantera hasta mediados del s. XX.

ENG Ruins of Mucientes Castle, Valladolid (Castile and León, Spain). This fortress was built between the 14th and 15th centuries. In 1506, it served as a residence for Queen Juana and her husband, Philip the Handsome. Following the War of the Communities (1520–1521), it fell into disuse and was used by local residents as a quarry until the mid-20th century.
