描述
I'm a freelance photogrammetry artist. This pack contains ten scans I made from my own photographs, covering sculptures, equestrian monuments, funerary art and a medieval tapestry.
I've prepared the individual models with 8K textures, along with Blender presentation scenes and an Unreal Engine overview map. You can use them in museum interiors, historical environments or close-up renders.
What you get
FBX and OBJ: ten individual models in each format, with MTL files and textures.
Blender 4.5 LTS: an Assets file with the ten models and a Showcase file with fourteen individual and group scenes. Download the complete Blender ZIP from Additional files. Extract it in full and keep the shared Textures folder beside both Blender files.
Unreal Engine 5.4: ten static meshes with Nanite enabled, material instances and an overview map.
Textures: original 8K maps, plus 4K PNG versions in the FBX/OBJ download.
An English setup guide, an asset inventory and version notes.
Included works
Venus de Milo
Michelangelo's Dying Slave
Joan of Arc equestrian monument, Paris
Henri IV equestrian monument, Pont-Neuf, Paris
Louis XIV equestrian monument by François-Joseph Bosio, 1822, Place des Victoires, Paris
Torso of Augustus
Sarcophagus of the Spouses
Nymph with a Shell, Roman Imperial, AD 125 to 150, Louvre Ma 18 / MR 309
The Lady and the Unicorn, the "À mon seul désir" tapestry
Effigy and tomb of Queen Berengaria
Geometry and textures
Total for the ten models: 2,067,686 source vertices and 4,135,438 triangles.
Per model: 149,992 to 1,000,002 triangles.
Base Color, tangent-space Normal, Roughness and Metallic maps. The FBX/OBJ download also includes packed ORM maps.
ORM channels: R = AO, G = Roughness, B = Metallic. The AO channel is plain white; there is no baked cavity occlusion.
I kept the photographic base colors and added metal/patina masks for the three equestrian monuments.
Import and setup
UVs: one surface UV set in Blender, FBX and OBJ. The Unreal meshes have two UV channels, with lightmap coordinate index 1.
Unreal collision: custom convex collision with 1 to 16 hulls per model. Nanite fallback meshes are included.
Scale: Blender and OBJ files use meters. The Nymph is 61 cm tall. The inventory lists mesh dimensions and import settings.
Before you use the pack
The files have been tested in Blender 4.5.0 and 5.2.1, and Unreal Engine 5.4.4 on Windows. FBX and OBJ imports were checked in Blender. In other applications, you may need to reconnect textures or adjust material settings. The guide covers units, texture connections and normal-map conventions.
These are dense, static scans. There are no skeletal rigs or conventional low-poly LOD chains. The Blender animations move objects and cameras for presentation and render to PNG sequences.
Mobile, VR and other operating systems have not been tested. Plan for optimization and testing if that's your target.
About the scans
All source photographs are my own. The work titles, locations and museum references identify what I scanned. This is an independent project; I am not affiliated with the museums or institutions mentioned.
