Tsintaosaurus - 8k textures - Tsintaosaurus stood about 3 to 3.6 meters (10 to 12 feet) tall at the hip for a fully grown adult, with an overall height reaching up to 3.9 or 4 meters when factoring in its characteristic head crest. Tsintaosaurus was a duck-billed herbivorous dinosaur (hadrosaur) that grew up to 27–33 feet (8.3–10 meters) long and lived in China during the Late Cretaceous period, about 83 to 70 million years ago. Named after the city of Qingdao (formerly Tsintao), it is famous for its confusing head crest.
