White-Eye (Mejiro) – 3D Model, Animation & Blueprint Asset
This asset pack includes models, animations, and Blueprints for the White-Eye (Mejiro) bird.
Models & Animations The models and animations feature realistic flapping behavior combined with neatly folded wings when at rest.
Three skeletal mesh variants are included:
SK_WhiteEyeLowPoly – Low-poly mesh
SK_WhiteEyeMiddlePoly – Mid-poly mesh
SK_WhiteEyeMiddlePolyMorph – Mid-poly mesh with additional morph targets
Material The material uses an ID Map, allowing you to adjust the color tone of each body part independently.
Blueprints Content\White-Eye\Blueprints\BP_WhiteEyeSmallBirdCharacter is a Character Blueprint that produces randomized bird behavior. It reads from the following Data Assets:

Content\White-Eye\Blueprints\DA_WhiteEyeBodyIDHSVShift
Content\White-Eye\Blueprints\DA_WhiteEyeFeatherHSVShift
These Data Assets let you set color shifts and morph values to specific presets or randomize them.
Scene Setup Place BP_WhiteEyeSmallBirdCharacter in your map along with:
Content\White-Eye\Blueprints\SmallBirds\BP_PerchActor
Content\White-Eye\Blueprints\SmallBirds\BP_BirdFoodPawn
When you play, the White-Eye will fly around, visit food sources, and land on perches. While perched, Control Rig keeps the bird's feet gripping the branch and maintains a natural posture even when the branch is moved.

However, the Blueprint-driven White-Eye setup is not currently included in these packs (as of April 3, 2026). It is planned to be added in a future update.
