Witches House – Environment & Asset Pack

This pack contains a comprehensive collection of 186 unique meshes, including modular interior architecture, environment pieces, props, and materials, providing everything required to build a dark stylized fantasy interior in Unreal Engine 4 and 5.

All assets are built for real-time use and include proper lightmap UVs for baked lighting workflows. Meshes are optimized and structured for production environments.

The pack includes a flexible master material system consisting of 9 base materials and 55 material instances, allowing consistent control across assets. All meshes use Base Color, Normal, and packed ORM textures, Occlusion, Roughness, Metalness. ORM textures can be repacked if your project requires a different channel setup.

All applicable meshes include LODs ranging from 0 to 4. Collision is included throughout, both custom and auto-generated where appropriate.

Both the environment assets and props are included here. The props are also available separately, but this bundle offers them together at a reduced price.
