Custom Dates!
The system offers the ability to set Custom Months, Custom Days in each month and Custom Week Days.
Besides doing the simple job of being a calendar and keeping track of what date and time it currently is the system also offers the option to do Custom Events on specific dates that you can set.
Custom Events!
For example you want to trigger an event on December 31 called ‘New Year’.
You can easily add that event to the system and then in any actor with the required interface you can call an event that will trigger your 'New Year' Event!
Use Cases!
You can use the calendar to keep track of time using the included Day Counter or to create a Day and Night system (not included) or to change seasons on your own weather system.
Maybe you want to set up custom behaviours for your AI but they need a way to keep track of time on when to wake up or sleep or work? You can easily send the passage of time event to your NPCs or ANY actor that may require the date and time.
You can also set up a 'Wait' meter like in other video games so the passage of time is faster. And easily switch between speeds from seconds to minutes to hours using the included function.
