In project go to Edit>Project Settings>Input - Import .ini file there

* To avoid issues with newer Engine versions I recommend to use migrate assets or folder. And project input settings as well.
* Important note: Since version 4.21 Mobile Preview ES2 doesn't render Skeletal mesh. Due to 'Max Influences' - number of joints. The original mesh has 'Max Influences 5', however newest versions supports maximum 4.
