This package contains different vintage / old city houses with a very large amount of variations.

Also includes some courtyard gates (single and double wing gates)

The gate wings can be animated.

-4 main different house types.

-All include different variations with different windows

-2 house types inlude versions with and without edge decors

You can even bring in more variation, by:

-changing door material (3 texture-sets)

-changing roof material (2 texture-sets)

-changing wall material (14 texture-sets)

-adding balcony to the buildings (2 different versions, both with 2 different texture-sets)

-adding window gratings (3 different versions + 2 color sets)

-windows use 2 materials, so you can easily use one that is emissve to make some windows bright at night.

All in all unlimited possibilies to bring in variation.
