Welcome to 'The Retirement Home'. This asset pack contains over 100 high-quality meshes. Custom material parameters allow you to switch between worn and clean versions, providing the flexibility to choose the style you prefer.

In the material instances, you have the 'layer parameters' tab where you can change the ageing of most of the meshes, e.g, on the furniture, you can enable or disable the dirt layer, which makes it intuitive to make quick adjustments.

I included two demo levels (one modern, clean environment, and the other is Horror) for immediate use, inspiration, or to create an entirely new look.

Also contains 37 pre-made blueprint actors, allowing you to drag and drop them in.
