A pack of modular models and props for creating a stylized medieval town.

The project has 66 unique meshes, including:

- 8 walls

- 4 roofs

- 5 foundations

- 4 beams

- 5 fence elements

and much more.

With this set, you can assemble your own unique town.

The Unreal Engine project has a demo scene from the preview. Also in the Unreal Engine demo scene, you can find five separate assembled houses for the convenience of creating your own city. All houses in the scene are grouped for ease of editing.

The Unreal Engine project also has a ground material using 3 materials (stone, dirt and grass), these three materials are seamless and, if desired, you can use these materials for other purposes.

All objects except grass and garlands with flags have custom collisions.

All objects have a custom lightmap in the second UV channel.

The project uses pbr materials.
