Update 1.2 is out now, including but not limited to:

  • Overview Map

  • Major technical fixes for 5.1-5.6 versions

  • Reworked lighting and overall design of the demo map

  • 2 more houses are now packed as level instances, just drag and drop

A snowy Eeastern European town is finally here. More than a 1000 meshes, customizable materials.

Every building is enterable.

Showcase apartment that is fully furnished (seen on the screenshots) is on the 3rd floor of the 16-storey building (with a bike on the balcony). The rest of the apartments have proper walls, floors, windows, doorframes and are waiting for you to design them as you see fit.

Demo map included.

After getting your feedback, Nanite is now off by default and is completely optional. You may turn it on by selecting all meshes (except windows and balconies), right-clicking on them and selecting - Nanite- Enable. All meshes have proper LODs.

Spring-Summer Roadmap and Plans:

  • Fixes and updates after getting your feedback (Update 1.2 is out, more to come)

  • Overview map (done)

  • Big Summer Update with new stuff, sunny streets and lush green vegetation (in progress right now)

  • A thorough product description

  • Full comprehensive gallery

  • Quick tutorials and tips

  • Playable downloadable demo

Quick fixes and troubleshooting:

Please open up SM_DoorsDouble_Doorframe01 and 02, click Collision - Remove Collision. This way you won't get stuck within hallway interiors. (Will be fixed by default in the next update)

If a scene looks too dark or too bright in later UE5 versions, click on PostProcessVolume or PostProcessVolume2, go to Exposure - change Min EV100 to something lower or higher until the picture looks good to you.
