ImpactFX is a complete, production-ready ballistic impact framework, designed to deliver highly realistic projectile impacts with maximum flexibility, customization, and performance.
ImpactFX combines advanced Niagara systems, fully customizable parallax bullet hole materials, animated debris decals, physical surface detection, and a modular Blueprint architecture into a unified solution that can be integrated into virtually any FPS, TPS, military simulation, or action game. Every effect was designed from the ground up with scalability, optimization, and visual quality in mind.

Parallax Bullet Hole System
Every Bullet Hole Material can be customized directly through Material Instances without modifying the master material.
Additionally, every surface includes a 2×2 Bullet Hole Atlas, providing 4 built-in bullet hole variations per material. With 23 unique bullet hole materials, this results in 92 different bullet hole variations, significantly reducing visible repetition during gameplay.
Each atlas also packs multiple texture channels (Masks, Height, Albedo and supporting data) to maximize visual quality while minimizing texture memory usage.
Animated Dirt & Debris Decal System
ImpactFX also includes an advanced animated debris system.
Instead of static decals, every surface can display animated dirt accumulation using alpha textures that naturally fade over time.
