An Asset Pack containing a collection of realistic city props.

The pack consists of four groups of assets: Modular sets, Props, Decals, Tileable Materials.

These assets where used in my City Back Alley Project (Note that this package only contains what is displayed in the images here on the Marketplace and does NOT include any of the buildings seen in this project):

In the pack there's two Maps: Asset_Zoo and Asset_Renders. In These levels you can get an overview of the content of this pack and see how it can be utilized.
