This is a MUST HAVE Massive PBR Material Library. It should end your Material needs. They are setup to use Nanite Displacement/Tessellation. On a few of them height/tessellation is not needed. For example: a Smooth Granite is, in fact, you guessed it: smooth. So there is no need for height displacement.
The Materials have Variables for Height and Tiling. Some have other variables when I thought they looked better with a change. Each Material is an individual Material, allowing you to create your own Instances for each Material separately.
